After reading through a multitude of reviews on businesses such as Amazon and even in the comment sections of YouTube videos, I have definitely noticed patterns in both positive, negative, and solely informative reviews. Since social media websites that platform many businesses coexist with younger demographics, I've found those to be very different from the reviews I would see under Amazon products. On YouTube, review clarity fluctuates as it really just depends on the audience that it attracts. Some videos may be riddled with negative reviews by way of blunt hate comments while others may provide constructive criticism with proper experience.
